The Philippines’ Covid-19 recovery

The Covid-19 is really struggling for the world and I believe that a mediocre or poor countries are the ones whom are affected the most. A lot of Filipinos are still hoping for the end of the pandemic since it is gradually destroying our country. Although the government is making an action against Covid-19 apparently, it is not enough to make our nation Covid-19 free. I think the Philippines as a whole is not that close yet to the end of the pandemic even though some Filipinos can cope up with this pandemic.

The preventions against Covid-19 such as propagating quarantines and lockdowns, social/physical distancing, wearing mask, vaccination, and etc. helped the Philippines to flatten the curve that the pandemic had given to us. It is said to be effective in lowering the curve of the pandemic, but it is not effective in making an end in the pandemic. I believe that it does not always imply that the Philippines is winning its pandemic battle. The guidelines that have been implemented can be the cause of the possible economy loss of our country. Most of people are unemployed because some establishments or their works have been temporarily shut down in operating since it is the guidelines that we have to follow. Let us focus not only in our own health, worry for the health of the others too.

As to what I’ve said, I’ve come up with the thought that the government itself is not the only one to blame to instead, all of us are at fault since many people are still violating these protocol guidelines. Let’s take responsibility our actions since it is our nation is what we’re talking about. In order for us to win this pandemic, we must put ourselves in other shoes for us to understand their situation and could create a solution to put an end to the pandemic. We should be as one to make our country a better place.
